Shipping policy

At Maisie Mooz, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

Processing Times 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, During product launches, sales or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Within Australia 

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted postal carriers. 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days 
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping 

Maisie Mooz does not currently ship outside of Australia 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery process. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delay & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Maisie Mooz is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. 

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, Maisie Mooz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders

if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can follow up with courier and assist you promptly.
